• Insurance (Lost, Stolen, Defective, etc.): Standard shipping + Insurance. It's takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door
• Free Shipping: Standard shipping takes around 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door
• Expedited Shipping + Insurance: express shipping by DHL and takes around 12-16 days + Insurance.

NOTE:

Your package might be lost, stolen, or damaged while being delivered. Insurance is not mandatory, but we always recommend our customers to choose this plan as the delivery men often leave the package in your mailbox/front yard, which is more likely to be stolen.  

The design of the final product might slightly shift in position due to the manual cut and sew procedure.

  Tracking number : When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
